The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the rights and obligations of both parties, within the exclusive framework of the relationships they establish on the internet, concerning any online sale of the Products offered on the Site.

They regulate all the steps necessary for placing an order and ensure the follow-up of this order.

These conditions apply to the exclusion of any other document.

AVAILABILITY AND AUTHENTICITY OF PRODUCTS

The AMA products offered for sale on the Site are baby carriers and accessories. All these products are available while stocks last; we also reserve the right to limit the quantity of products supplied, to deliver only part of an order or to split orders, as well as to modify the terms or the period of validity of any special offer or promotion. In case of unavailability of one of the Products, we will inform you as soon as possible.

We guarantee the authenticity of all products presented for sale on the Site. AMA products are made with high quality materials, design and workmanship.

PRICING

The prices indicated on the AMA website are expressed in EURO, all taxes included. Despite our efforts to display accurate prices on the site, errors may occur. If we detect an error in the price of goods which you have ordered, we will give you the choice of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the order cancelled.

Prices shown are exclusive of shipping and delivery charges. The user will be informed of these during the final confirmation of the order.

PAYMENT

In the context of online purchases, AMA only accepts the following means of payment: Visa, Mastercard, ApplePay.

As a precaution, make sure that the billing address communicated to AMA corresponds exactly to the address registered with your credit card issuer. The processing of your order could be delayed in the event of a difference. We do not accept: • personal checks • cash on delivery • split payment

The transaction will not be charged to your credit card until we have verified your card information, received debit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to ship.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

However, please note that orders are processed as quickly as possible and once an order has been placed we cannot guarantee that it will be canceled or changed. Upon receipt of your online order, please consult the return instructions included in your package. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Barring exceptions, purchases are sent by La Poste for mainland France and by DHL for the European Union and the rest of the world. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. AMA cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays.

GUARANTEES: RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt.

Products ordered at normal price must be returned/exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date; on sale products, these must be returned / exchanged within 10 days of delivery.

Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 working days of receipt of the request.

AMA will agree to refund (only on your e-shop purchases) and/or exchange the goods provided that they are in their original condition and accompanied by their original sales invoice. Please note that we cannot accept worn, used, altered or damaged goods.

The full amount of the returned product will be credited back to the credit card used to pay for the product. Your credit card account will be credited when the returned product is processed, and the credit will appear on your next statement.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless AMA made an error in the original delivery.

We recommend that you ship the goods by insured parcel post for better tracking. AMA will not provide reimbursement or compensation in the event that returned packages are lost, stolen or damaged during transport.

AMA reserves the right to refuse returns or exchange requests for any merchandise that does not meet the above criteria.

The exchange of a product purchased via Ama-paris.love involves two steps: — make a selection on the site to identify and purchase the replacement product; — return the original product by following the steps described in the previous section. The returned product must be received by AMA in its original state and the fulfillment of a new order is subject to the availability of the products at AMA. Shipping costs for any returned product(s) are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error made by AMA in the original delivery.

ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

We make every effort to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that any website will be free from human or technical error. This site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including with respect to pricing and availability, and product information. We will do what is necessary to correct these errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after the sending of an order, and to modify or update this information at any time without notice.

LAW – APPLICABLE JURISDICTION

The terms and conditions of sale, as well as the contractual relationship between AMA and the user are governed by French law. The Parties accept the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris (France) for any action brought following or related to these Terms of Use.
